What you'll do

• Lead and mentor personnel developing Visual Work Instructions (VWIs).
• Analyze digital design data and build plans to create accurate VWIs.
• Utilize CAD and graphic tools like Teamcenter, NX, and SAP.
• Advise management on work status and production problems.
• Coordinate with value stream organizations to meet program objectives.
