What you'll do

• Oversee hospice service delivery and regulatory compliance
• recruit, train, mentor, and supervise clinical staff
• coordinate personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• maintain Medicare/Medicaid and accreditation compliance, documentation, and audits
• lead quality improvement initiatives
• manage clinical budgets and resource use
• communicate with and support patients’ families
• collaborate with social services, spiritual care, and administrative departments
• develop protocols for emergency and after-hours patient needs.
