Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist

Accurate billing and denial follow-up support timely revenue-cycle operations and coordination with business managers and the revenue cycle team.

What you'll do

• Submit paper, electronic, and web-portal billings
• follow billing schedules
• review and maintain denials received by mail and Waystar
• correct rejections within 24 hours
• submit rebills within filing limits
• communicate unresolved denials to business managers and revenue-cycle leadership
• assist with month-end close
• review unbilled and no-charge reports and make appropriate adjustments.
