What you'll do

• Perform registration and chart abstraction of historical clinical data
• review and reconcile medical records
• notify providers of discrepancies and track outstanding records
• enter allergies, history, diagnosis codes, procedures, and treatments
• scan, label, and route clinical documents
• collect and file records
• troubleshoot inaccuracies
• maintain secure records
• respond to team inquiries and provide administrative support.
