Customer Advisor — Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program

What you'll do

• Help recipients become familiar with and select accessible telecommunications equipment and options
• assist with customer education and training
• troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and usage problems
• maintain program database records and interaction notes
• coordinate with providers to resolve complaints
• work with Field Advisors to request and schedule visits when appropriate
• place outbound calls as needed
• follow privacy, information security, company, contractual, and state requirements.
