What you'll do

• Negotiate affiliation agreements and contract terms with existing and potential field sites
• track contracts, amendments, and issues
• review agreements and related documents for consistency with university requirements
• prepare correspondence
• assist with annual revisions of contracts and forms
• research laws and regulations related to student field experiences
• coordinate with university legal staff and field site representatives
• understand insurance and indemnity requirements
• support contract management processes, data tracking, and reporting.
