What you'll do

• Teach swim lessons using YMCA curriculum and adapt instruction to individual and group needs
• enforce pool rules and supervise participants
• assess swimmer abilities and progression
• prepare and store lesson equipment
• maintain class attendance and arrange a substitute with lesson plans if absent
• engage participants
• promote YMCA swim programs
• and support a clean, safe, inclusive environment.
