The Resource Center Coordinator role is onsite in New Orleans, LA. Compensation is $15.50–$17.50 per hour. Louisiana SPCA’s mission is to promote, protect, and advance the well-being of Louisiana’s companion animals. The coordinator serves as a first point of contact, providing information about programs and services and guiding community members through relevant processes. The role supports community relationships through customer assistance, animal welfare education, and promotion of available resources.

What you'll do

• Represent the organization and build relationships with customers
• provide accurate information and timely assistance
• respond to calls, emails, and texts
• enter and manage data in database systems
• coordinate communications with coworkers, management, and volunteers
• provide animal welfare education and information about programs and services
• and assist with program projects as needed.
