What you'll do

• Manage, coach, and develop product managers
• set and communicate multi-year product strategy
• own annual and quarterly planning
• explain roadmap priorities and impact
• establish product ways of working
• partner with Engineering, Design, and Data leaders
• build trust with clinical, operations, finance, commercial, and executive leaders
• connect product and technology to commercial value
• synthesize input across clinical, client, and commercial users.
