What you'll do

• Provision routers, switches, LTE gateways, voice gateways, and HPBX endpoints to ticket specifications
• validate configurations
• maintain provisioning documentation and templates
• clarify incomplete requests
• receive, inspect, log, track, and audit equipment
• maintain inventory records through receiving, staging, deployment, return, and retirement
• prepare and ship equipment
• process returns and RMAs with vendors
• organize warehouse and staging areas
• track software, maintenance, and subscription renewals
• prioritize tickets to SLA targets and update ticket status and completion details.
