What you'll do

• Manage accounting and financial activities for joint venture properties
• analyze property income statements and balance sheets
• reconcile general ledger accounts and bank accounts
• partner with Asset Services on operating results, budgets, and tenant inquiries
• prepare joint venture reporting and debt compliance packages
• research technical accounting matters
• prepare cash flow projections and manage funding requirements and distributions
• coordinate audits and support SEC reporting.
