What you'll do

• Communicate with customers and assess load information, budgets, value, and strategic pricing

• collaborate with Client Success and Carrier Capacity teams
• support existing customers and grow their business
• anticipate and resolve issues involving customers, receivers, and drivers
• assist with pricing, quoting, research, and needs assessment.
