What you'll do

• Coordinate deal submissions with Business Development Managers and Credit
• review packages for completeness
• manage revisions and information requests
• prepare and review loan and lease agreements
• coordinate e-signatures and online notarization
• assemble funding packages
• communicate with dealers, vendors, brokers, customers, and internal teams
• maintain CRM records and support process improvements.
