What you'll do

• Complete physical and mental health assessments, vital signs, risk and withdrawal assessments
• administer and monitor medications and treatment regimens
• monitor health and behavioral status and coordinate responses to concerns
• maintain clinical documentation
• collaborate on regulatory compliance and quality improvement activities.
