What you'll do

• Give customers immediate attention
• ensure food quality, quantity, freshness, and presentation meet kitchen and recipe guidelines
• keep walk-ins and freezers clean and store products properly
• maintain knowledge of product availability, preparation, storage, and nutrition
• document waste and spoilage and meet spoilage targets
• follow food safety and sanitation requirements.
