The Retail Shipping Clerk role is onsite in Ellsworth, WI, with an 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Monday–Friday schedule and weekend overtime as needed. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour. Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery produces cheese and dairy products, including its cheese curds. The clerk supports seasonal shipping and retail operations by taking orders, fulfilling and preparing shipments, maintaining inventory, and assisting with store tasks. Accurate order handling and safe, clean work practices help the creamery serve customers during the holiday season.

What you'll do

• Take phone and online orders and provide customer service
• pick, pack, and ship orders
• prepare purchase orders and invoices as needed
• unload and organize deliveries
• track and replenish shipping supplies
• assist with inventory and production records
• maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
• follow food safety, GMP, and plant safety policies
• assist with retail tasks such as bagging curds, making cheese trays, stocking coolers, and cleaning as needed.
