What you'll do

• Process vendor payments and check transmittals with appropriate account codes and authorization
• validate invoices, transfers, and payouts
• input invoice amounts
• ensure checks are accurately printed, signed, and mailed
• answer and route telephone calls
• assist with audit requests
• handle usage reports and interdepartmental transfers
• report sales and payout totals to the Accounting Manager
• maintain files and records
• research vendor and store inquiries
• prepare outgoing correspondence
• assist with training associate personnel as needed.

Why this role

Previous accounts payable experience and a high school diploma or GED are required; an associate degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
