What you'll do

• Direct, coach, and develop approximately 20 production employees
• coordinate daily production plans
• assign work and balance labor
• track downtime, labor utilization, yield, scrap, and efficiency
• resolve process, equipment, material, and staffing issues
• partner with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Warehouse
• ensure GMP, HACCP/preventive controls, sanitation, allergen control, and safety compliance
• train employees
• manage attendance and performance
• complete shift documentation
• and implement improvement ideas.
