What you'll do

• Lead project teams
• develop and maintain project schedules and logistics plans
• manage contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, pay requests, and change orders
• monitor costs and prepare projections
• coordinate field execution and safety programs
• maintain client and stakeholder relationships
• support bids and preconstruction
• lead closeout, punch lists, documentation, and warranty follow-up.
