Die Setter — Foil Stamping & Die Cutting

The Die Setter — Foil Stamping & Die Cutting role is onsite in Cleveland, OH. Compensation is $19–$20 per hour. The position supports Oliver Inc.’s packaging manufacturing team and its printing and packaging production work. The role prepares dies and tooling and verifies equipment setups so production jobs meet specifications and quality requirements. By coordinating setup priorities, monitoring production, troubleshooting issues, and supporting machine operators, the Die Setter contributes to reliable production and finished-product quality.

What you'll do

• Set up dies for Bobst foil stamping equipment and tool sets for Bobst and Heidelberg die-cutting equipment
• review job jackets, layouts, and specifications
• gather dies, counters, and other tooling
• plan setups according to production priorities
• enter job and setup information into the manufacturing tracking system
• monitor equipment and product quality
• perform quality checks
• troubleshoot setup issues and make adjustments
• assist machine operators
• communicate with production staff
• follow safety, quality, and production procedures and maintain an organized work area.

Why this role

Scheduled hours are 11 AM–7 PM. Bobst foil stamping or Bobst/Heidelberg die-cutting experience is highly preferred; related die-setting, die-cutting, press setup, or converting experience is encouraged. High school diploma or equivalent, or 1–2 years of related experience, is listed.
