What you'll do

• Assist with care to obstetrical trauma patients
• remain available for all trauma activations and promptly available 24/7
• follow the patient throughout the hospital course (Trauma Resuscitation bay, Radiology, OR, PACU, ICU)
• work in conjunction with the Director of Trauma Services and Trauma Medical Director to assist in providing quality care
• assist in identification of Performance Improvement opportunities
• create clear action plans and initiate resolution of Performance Improvement opportunities.
