Project Manager – Owner’s Representative

Job overview

The Project Manager – Owner’s Representative role is fully remote, with regional or corporate office attendance in Leesburg, VA, approximately two to three times per year. What you'll do

• Advise the client’s Regional Program Manager on schedule and financial risks
• review contractor payment applications, early warning notices, and change orders
• resolve workflow bottlenecks and track owner-furnished equipment and procurement
• manage and mentor regional Construction Managers
• monitor commissioning and turnover
• and oversee environmental, health, safety, quality, and project records. Up to 25% regional and international travel is required.
