The Direct Support Professional (Weekends) role is onsite in Lewiston, ME, with pay of $16.25–$19.00 per hour, plus a $0.50-per-hour weekend shift differential. Accurate documentation and collaboration with families, care coordinators, and team members help ensure consistent, person-centered support.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, meals, and mobility
• support community integration and social engagement
• implement and track individual goals
• promote the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served
• complete documentation and communication using Paylocity, logs, and reports
• collaborate with team members, families, and care coordinators.

Why this role
