What you'll do

• Supervise and administer medications in compliance with regulations and company guidelines
• complete admission assessments and documentation as applicable
• develop acute and long-term care or service plans
• support clinical tracking under the Director of Nursing
• complete discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as indicated
• consult on health concerns
• notify physicians or family members of health changes
• respond to emergencies
• communicate with staff
• maintain confidentiality
• support safety and disaster plans
• provide educational meetings.
