What you'll do

• Provide front-desk coverage for at least 20 hours per week across clinics
• oversee two or more clinics and supervise General Managers
• support employee development, hiring, onboarding, and training
• execute company initiatives
• monitor KPIs and performance goals
• resolve member and customer disputes and feedback
• ensure appropriate supplies, staffing, security, payroll, and compliance
• recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
