What you'll do

• Process new contracts
• prepare invoices and billing schedules
• assist with vendor forms
• verify invoice details, payment terms, and remittance instructions
• apply and post payments
• reconcile cash receipts
• follow up on payment issues
• onboard clients and counterparties in the ERP
• support month-end close
• identify process improvements
• handle sensitive financial data confidentially.
