• Confirm drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system

• prepare drinks and premixes
• maintain menu and customization knowledge
• make genuine customer connections and offer recommendations when appropriate
• complete shift-change duties and weekly chores
• follow sanitation and safety standards
• stock and clean during shifts.
