The Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist role is hybrid in Casper, WY, with limited in-office time. Pay is $60,000–$70,000 per year, based on location and experience. DISA Tech advances mineral processing through patented high-pressure slurry ablation technology to improve recovery and processing efficiency. The specialist manages day-to-day payables and receivables as the company scales, supporting vendor payments, customer billing and collections, and month-end close. The role also helps build finance processes and controls in coordination with the Senior Accountant, Controller, operations, and project teams.

What you'll do

• Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment runs
• maintain vendor records and controls
• manage company card receipts, coding, follow-up, and reconciliation
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• support 1099 preparation
• prepare customer invoices
• record and apply payments
• monitor aging and follow up on past-due balances
• track intercompany activity
• prepare aging reports and support accruals, reconciliations, audits, and internal control reviews
• suggest workflow improvements using NetSuite and Ramp.
