The Bag Machine Assistant role is an onsite position based in Green Bay, WI. This role exists to support the converting process by inspecting materials, packaging finished goods, and assisting with machine changeovers. The assistant plays a key role in quality control and troubleshooting, with opportunities for advancement into operator positions.

What you'll do

• Inspects raw materials, packages/labels finished bags, troubleshoots production issues, assists with machine changeovers, performs quality inspections (drop/seal testing), operates PIV equipment, and moves materials.
