What you'll do

• Conduct rounds to ensure assigned work follows care plans and resident wishes
• receive and transcribe physician orders
• order, prepare, and administer medications and treatments
• maintain controlled-substance records and report discrepancies
• give and receive shift reports
• complete resident assessments
• participate in care-plan and discharge planning
• monitor resident condition and report concerns to physicians
• assist with documentation.
