What you'll do

• Supervise nursing care and ensure staff follow organizational policies and procedures. Implement resident care plans
• conduct assessments
• communicate with residents, families, staff, and disciplines
• report changes in resident condition

• coordinate new-staff orientation
• evaluate emergencies
• participate in facility surveys
• manage admissions, transfers, and discharges
• complete records
• administer medications as ordered
• and maintain medication and narcotic records.
