What you'll do

• Oversee Head Start and childcare facility operations and compliance
• maintain CACFP and licensing requirements
• work toward accreditation standards
• monitor operational and compliance results
• implement strategies for educational outcomes, enrollment, attendance, and family plans
• hire, supervise, and develop staff
• support budget development
• ensure family engagement
• manage incidents
• visit classrooms weekly and conduct monthly observations
• track scorecard objectives and report key performance indicators.
