What you'll do

• Maintain stand leadership responsibilities when the General Manager is absent
• oversee assigned departments
• ensure adherence to operating systems and procedures and product availability
• complete financial reports and review profit-and-loss statements
• identify deficiencies and develop corrective plans
• recruit, train, coach, and review team members
• prepare schedules and manage staffing
• oversee inventory, labor, and team positioning
• direct crew and support guest service
• maintain food, cleanliness, and safety standards
• investigate and resolve guest complaints
• enforce food-handling sanitation and company policies
• support the General Manager with assigned duties.
