Assistant Community Director — Aveline at Centreport

The Assistant Community Director role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Pay is $24.00–$27.00 per hour. The role supports Aveline at Centreport, Hilltop Residential’s apartment community, and helps deliver service to current and prospective residents. The position assists with leasing, resident concerns, rent collection, staff training, and property budget decisions. It also helps maintain community standards and steps in as acting Property Manager when the Property Manager is absent.

What you'll do

• Address current and prospective residents’ concerns
• help set leasing service standards and tour and lease apartments as needed
• assist with staff training and model sales techniques
• lead rent collection efforts for delinquent residents, which may involve lease termination and legal action if necessary
• assist with property budget decisions to increase net operating income
• inspect apartments during move-ins and move-outs and walk apartments and the community as needed
• act as Property Manager when the manager is absent.
