Packing Team

Job overview

The Packing Team role is onsite in New Holland, PA, with an early morning schedule of 3:00 a.m.–7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed; compensation is not specified. The team supports Westfield Egg Farm’s egg packing and distribution operations. Team members inspect cartons, pack and label eggs, check printed codes, and clean equipment and work areas. The work helps maintain packaging quality, accurate product identification, and food safety during production.

What you'll do

• Check cartons for quality and correct type
• ensure cartons are properly filled
• keep the packing area clean and organized
• prepare cases
• place filled egg cartons into cases
• apply product and size labels
• inspect packers and document label checks
• verify code printer legibility and accuracy
• clean processing equipment and surrounding areas according to food safety standards
• report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
