What you'll do

• Lead daily shift execution in food and beverage outlets
• handle opening and closing duties, setup, sidework, cleanliness, and restocking
• coach and train team members
• address guest concerns and escalate when needed
• maintain food safety and sanitation practices
• organize supplies and communicate inventory needs
• support upselling and specials.
