What you'll do

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and execute housekeeping and laundry activities
• supervise, train, coach, and evaluate staff
• prepare schedules and daily assignments
• inspect work
• oversee public-area cleaning and laundry operations
• manage staffing, supplies, inventory, and equipment
• coordinate room status and repairs with other departments
• address service complaints
• assist with cleaning as needed.
