What you'll do

• Coordinate driver check-in and check-out and verify required documentation
• prepare bills of lading, manifests, packing lists, and delivery documents
• build and release customer orders in the warehouse management system
• verify order details, quantities, and destinations
• communicate with warehouse teams, carriers, and supervisors about load scheduling
• maintain shipping records
• investigate discrepancies
• support inventory and shipping audits
• maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

Why this role
