Transportation Coordinator I

The Transportation Coordinator I role is onsite in Kohler, WI Monday through Thursday and work from home on Friday, with compensation of $20–$25 per hour. The role supports North America Kitchen and Bath prepaid domestic transportation. The coordinator connects distribution centers, shipment planning teams, carriers, and customers to keep shipments aligned with delivery requirements. The work includes resolving transportation constraints, supporting customer onboarding, and monitoring network and customer transportation systems.

What you'll do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with distribution centers, shipment planning teams, and carriers
• ensure appropriate equipment is available for truckload, intermodal, and less-than-truckload shipments
• identify and communicate constraints
• manage local carrier relationships and site adherence to routing guides
• use customer transportation management systems and portals to investigate gaps
• support onboarding of new customers and customer pickup freight models
• report issues and customer and carrier feedback
• resolve day-to-day operational and customer service issues.

Why this role
