• Lead mechanic, body, and detail teams
• drive efficiency and profitability through KPI performance
• apply reconditioning processes, customer SLAs, and ADESA/Carvana standards
• maintain production capacity and assist with planning
• guide teams on quality, production, and cost objectives
• oversee daily team activities, staffing, and scheduling
• coach, train, and develop direct reports
• monitor safety and operational standards.
