What you'll do

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel
• ensure post orders and rounds are completed and reports are filed. Notify authorities and clients during emergencies. Coach, discipline, and train personnel
• review assignments
• assist with payroll and coverage
• meet client representatives
• prepare reports
• inspect posts
• and carry out supervisory duties, including hiring recommendations. May perform Security Officer duties.
