What you'll do

• Review medical records, FHIR data, and clinical notes for AI training and quality evaluation
• verify clinical information against the record
• review inpatient documentation including HPI, PMH, assessments, and treatment plans
• identify missing, incorrect, conflicting, or unsupported information
• apply review rubrics consistently
• provide clear feedback
• support quality assurance and communicate findings to the project team.
