Lead Field Technician

What you'll do

• Lead and perform installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of rotating equipment
• inspect, disassemble, repair, and reassemble pumps, turbines, compressors, motors, gearboxes, and blowers
• perform precision measurements, alignment checks, and dimensional evaluations
• identify issues and recommend corrective actions
• interpret technical drawings and manuals
• support installation, startup, commissioning, and customer service
• complete service reports and repair documentation
• coach and support other technicians
• coordinate field activities
• communicate with customers and project teams
• follow safety policies and HSE procedures
• maintain organized work areas.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED and experience independently troubleshooting and repairing industrial rotating equipment; five or more years of relevant experience is preferred. Travel to customer sites is required as needed. Overtime may be required based on customer and business demands.
