What you'll do

• Establish and execute enterprise Total Rewards strategy and governance
• direct benefits, retirement, disability, life, leave, and wellbeing programs
• lead open enrollment
• manage vendors, negotiations, renewals, and performance
• oversee regulatory compliance, audits, filings, and controls
• lead compensation strategy and analytics
• own rewards technology and reporting
• lead M&A due diligence and integration
• partner on budgeting, forecasting, cost modeling, and financial stewardship
• align cross-functional stakeholders.
