The Seasonal Cookie Cupboard Specialist role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN, at the Founder’s Lodge Event and Conference Center. Girl Scouts of Central Indiana serves Girl Scouts, volunteers, and communities across 45 Indiana counties. The specialist supports the Product Program Department by maintaining accurate cookie inventory and fulfilling troop orders. Daily reporting, customer service, and adherence to organizational procedures help ensure the Cookie Program runs accurately and on time.

What you'll do

• Take opening and closing inventory
• pull and fill troop cupboard orders
• report to the cupboard auditor at the end of each workday
• attend cupboard training
• provide customer service
• follow organizational policies and procedures
• support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
