What you'll do

• Provide technical pre- and post-sales support
• consult on and design solutions
• gather and analyze customer needs
• support proposal approvals and manage technical requests outside the standard catalog
• contribute to RFP responses
• provide product presentations and training
• monitor CRM task approvals for order accuracy
• support product development and sales engineering colleagues.
