The Music Store Associate role is an onsite position located in Newton Centre, MA. 00-$16.00 per hour plus sales incentives, supporting the store's sales and profit objectives. This role exists to drive store revenue by achieving individual sales goals, promoting the lesson program, and providing exceptional customer service. The associate builds business through community networking and maintains store operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

What you'll do

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program
• Create business by networking with teachers/schools, churches, and community organizations
• Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Promote customer loyalty
• Participate in store merchandising, displays, and maintenance
• Maintain store security.
