What you'll do

• Provide direct care using Applied Behavior Analysis in home and community settings
• consult with educators and administrators on behavior support systems
• implement strategies under case supervisor or BCBA guidance
• assist with case oversight of BT/RBT staff
• model interventions for parents and school personnel
• support client communication, social, play, motor, self-help, school-readiness, and self-management skills
• document progress and adherence to plans
• collaborate with families and allied specialists
• schedule community visits
• provide parent training as needed
• collect and chart data
• review reports and update individualized programs
• maintain documentation
• travel to client homes and schools as needed.
