What you'll do

• Organize project teams during design
• define design scope and delivery sequence
• establish accountability, information systems, and communication protocols
• lead design and owner/architect/contractor meetings
• manage change logs and review cycles
• address scope gaps and constructability
• maintain RFP compliance
• coordinate cost trends and value engineering
• support trade partner and supplier review, BIM planning, construction changes, and design consultant proposals.
