What you'll do

• Troubleshoot complex multi-factor authentication incidents and requests
• provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms, applications, and processes
• escalate issues to global support teams as needed
• help maintain system integrity, security, scalability, and enhancements
• create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and Postman automated test scripts
• perform unit and integration testing and support automated testing and deployment.
